My name is Katie. I'm 20 years old and I live in LA. This is my Blythe site. You will find information about each of my dolls, photographs, and links to other Blythe sites. Soon, there will be handmade clothing for your own Blythes to wear.

Blythe was first made in 1972 by Kenner. Her big round eyes blink and change colors by pulling a string at the back of her head. She was only produced for one year, but was not very popular. In 1997, Gina Garan began photographing Blythe. She published a book of photos called This Is Blythe. Junko Wong of CWC brought Blythe to the attention of Parco, who used her in a TV ad campaign. She was an instant success. Hasbro gave production rights to Takara, who began producing Neo Blythes. Ashton Drake also makes a reproduction.
